EC Blue plate for NMP

Description:
With two simple steps, the "NISSUI" EC Blue plate for MPN can be used to complete the complicated quantitative measurement that requires many test tubes in traditional methods.
Patented plate

Test procedure
- Use EC Blue 100 / 100P to prepare the 100 ml EC Blue solution with the mixed water sample.
- Pour the prepared 100 mL EC Blue into the slanted section of the plate (as indicated by the blue dotted lines in the figure on the right). Make sure that each cell (0.1 mL, 1.0 mL and 10 mL) is completely filled with the EC Blue solution. Excess solution accumulates in the liquid storage part (as indicated by the top part in the figure on the right).
- Cover the vessel to avoid spillage. Carefully move the vessel to a thermostatic chamber and culture for 24 hours at a temperature of 35 to 37 ℃.
- After culturing, use a UV lamp to generate 366 nm UV rays, expose the vessel to UV rays and confirm if fluorescence is observed. If there is an obvious contrast between the culture medium and the colored solution, it is considered positive for consideredif the contrast is not obvious,E. coli is considered negative.
